Applications to use the service are presided over, and approved by, our Management Advisory Panel (MAP), who also advise on service direction and policies. This panel is appointed in collaboration with EPSRC and the members selected to represent all areas of chemistry where chemical crystallography is applicable.

We are involved in an annual reporting exercise to EPSRC, the Cross Services Panel Review, which compares all the national services against the same criteria. We produce a 'health check' report detailing our performance which is reviewed by an independent panel convened by EPSRC. Our reports and the panel responses can be found below:
